If you don't want to actively list your property with a Real Estate Broker.  Progressive Realty has a simple program that would allow you to place your property information on our Website under our "For Sale By Owner" page.  If an agent from Progressive Realty procures a ready, willing and able buyer to purchase your property and the Buyer submits an offer through our office and closes on the Sale, you would only pay for the Selling side of the Realtor fee.  

*NOTE:  The Selling Side Realtor  fee would be determined prior to your property being added to our site.
